logan_mudslideCity officials from Logan, Utah released recordings of the emergency calls made when a home was destroyed by a mudslide just south of Utah State University.

“A house just fell down here on Canyon Road,” one caller told a dispatcher.

“Was anybody in it, do you know?” the dispatcher asked.

“I’m actually heading over there to look,” the caller said.

Police say a woman and her two children were inside the home. Searchers on Tuesday continued to look for the bodies of Jacqueline Leavey, 43; Victor Alanis, 13; and Abbey Alanis, 12.

“There might be somebody!” cried caller Ida Williams. “The water is blocking … and its starting to flood. The water is coming down.”
