Nashville 9-1-1 launches feedback website

The Nashville Metro Communications Center has launched a new campaign to get feedback from citizens.
Billboards are going up this week promoting a new website to gather 9-1-1 customer feedback.
The website, www.ratemy911.com, is intended for people who’ve recently used the city’s 9-1-1 system. The new website links 9-1-1 callers directly to the online customer satisfaction survey, where they can leave comments about their experience and the level of service they received.
Nashville’s 9-1-1 system has been under scrutiny since an incident last year where one of the city’s operators was caught on tape making an inappropriate remark after a caller hung up.
