Woman calls 911 to report problem with chicken wings

Most of the time, when you get bad food or bad service, you let the restaurant know. But a North Port, Florida woman took her complaint a little bit further.
Dispatch: “Hello, North Port Emergency…”
Dauria Fryziuk: “It’s not an emergency ma’am. I know you guys have more problems that this ridiculous thing I’m calling you about.”
James Gregg has owned a Jet’s Pizza in North Port for three years and his store has received certificates for excellent service, but one customer had a problem with her order.
“She called back to my manager saying she ordered a bucket of wings and half of a pizza, which we don’t sell either. We sell the wings by the pound and we don’t sell half pizzas,” said Gregg.
Dauria Fryziuk was upset with the response she received from the manager and called 911.
Besides the service, she also claimed someone at the pizza place called her a vulgar word.
Dauria Fryziuk: “We just want our money back.”
Dispatcher: “OK, what’s wrong with it?
Dauria Fryziuk: “What’s wrong with it? Just wait until the officer comes to see this.”
Fryziuk wanted the police to come out and look at the wings so she could file a complaint. Unfortunately for her, she was ticketed for misusing the Emergency Call System.
“I’ve seen some weird stuff but this takes the cake,” Gregg said.
We couldn’t get a hold of Fryziuk today but, she told the Sarasota Herald she’s horrified by the 911 incident.
She has pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor charge and is due in court next month.
