Police from Greater Manchester in the U.K. have completed a 24-hour experiment to record every incident they deal with on Twitter. Their aim was to give the public a better idea of the demands made upon them. So what does it reveal about the realities of policing one of the UK’s biggest cities?
There is a saying in England that a policeman’s lot is not a happy one, judging by this exercise, it also doesn’t appear to be a very exciting one.
