Former dispatcher accused of kidnapping child

NEW YORK — Sources have told NewsChannel 13 that a former dispatcher for the Sheriff’s Office and the Ballston Spa Police Department, has been arrested and charged with kidnapping and criminal sex act by force.
He is 30-year-old Timothy Kaye of Round Lake. According to Saratoga County District Attorney Jim Murphy, Kaye and an accomplice, 21-year-old Eric Loeser kidnapped a 15-year-old boy from the Parsons Child and Family Center on Academy Road in Albany and brought him hotels and motels in South Glens Falls and Malta where the boy was sexually attacked him.
Both defendants are being held without bail.
