    In a related post this week, please read “My Daddy is hurting my mommy,“ in which PowerPhone CEO, Chris Salafia comments on the importance of dispatcher communication with children. A little girl got a big hug from her mom and Charles County, Maryland, officials at a ceremony honoring her for a 911 call she made that probably saved her mother’s life.
